MERCHANDISE DAMAGED IN SHIPPING

It is unusual to receive a damaged product from Barrel Taster. However, in the event you do experience a problem with a shipment, please let us know! We can replace your wine, issue you an account credit or process a refund for your damaged items. The choice is yours.

 

INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS

Although the occasion is rare, if we made a packing error, we would like to resolve it for you! In the event that we shipped you incorrect items, we may ask you to hold on to those items and the existing packaging so that we can arrange for a return pick up. If you find that items are missing from your order, we are happy to assist you to process a new order, account credit or a refund for your missing items. The choice is yours.

RESHIPPING – HOW IT WORKS

When an order is returned to our warehouse after several delivery attempts at the address provided by the customer, we are always happy to reship the order. Please contact us and we will assist you with the reshipment arrangements.
