Block 7 Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 bottle
Stagshollow

Tasting note

A serious Cabernet from a serious site. The 2021 vintage gave Stagshollow a crop they did not have to fight for: warm Aprils, a temperate September, and just enough rain in early August to keep the canopy alive. The wine spent 22 months in French oak (40% new) and rested in bottle for another six. It opens with graphite and crushed stone before settling into dark plum, black tea, and a long, savory finish. Built to age — but already drinking.
