Where we ship

Wine shipping is regulated state by state. We are licensed to ship direct-to-consumer to the 48 U.S. states and jurisdictions listed below. We cannot currently ship to Utah, Rhode Island, or Delaware. Orders to any destination we do not serve are cancelled and refunded.

AK · AL · AR · AZ · CA · CO · CT · DC · FL · GA · HI · IA · ID · IL · IN · KS · KY · LA · MA · MD · ME · MI · MN · MO · MS · MT · NC · ND · NE · NH · NJ · NM · NV · NY · OH · OK · OR · PA · SC · SD · TN · TX · VA · VT · WA · WI · WV · WY

Several states also cap how much wine you may receive per month or year, and a few exclude shipments to local dry communities. This list reflects current licensing and changes as our permits expand. [Counsel to confirm the licensed-state list, per-state volume caps, and dry-community exclusions.]

Age & adult signature at delivery

Wine is sold and shipped to adults 21 and over only. Every shipment requires an adult 21 or older to be present at delivery, to present a valid government-issued photo ID, and to sign for the package — this is required by both our carriers and state law. The carrier will not leave wine unattended and will reattempt delivery before returning the package to us. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Processing & timing

Orders typically leave our facility within two business days of payment. You receive a tracking link when the carrier scans the box.

Carriers & weather handling

Orders ship via FedEx or UPS, the only carriers permitted to handle wine (the U.S. Postal Service cannot ship alcohol). Wine travels in a temperature-buffered carton, and during warm months we add a frozen gel-pack at no charge when the route forecast warrants it.

Shipping fees

Ground shipping is a flat [$ fee] within eligible states; in-person pickup, where offered, is free. [Confirm final fee schedule and any per-zone rates.]

Undeliverable or blocked orders

If an order cannot be delivered to your state or address, we cancel and refund it — typically within 24 hours. See our Refund & Returns Policy.

Damaged shipments

If a bottle arrives broken, open a damaged-shipment ticket with a photo of the box and bottle and we will reship or refund.
