Alcohol returns are restricted
Because we sell alcoholic beverages, we cannot accept general returns of delivered wine. The situations below describe when we issue a refund or replacement. [Counsel to confirm against applicable state alcohol-return law.]
Damaged or defective bottles
If a bottle arrives broken, leaking, or is corked/flawed, contact us with a photo within [N days] of delivery and we will reship or refund the affected bottle.
Wrong or missing items
If your order is missing an item or you received the wrong wine, let us know and we will correct it at no charge.
Blocked or undeliverable orders
Orders that cannot ship to your state or address are cancelled and refunded in full, typically within 24 hours of the block.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order until the carrier scans the box. After that the order is in transit and the damaged/defective terms above apply. Subscription and monthly-box changes follow their own swap/skip windows shown in your account.
Failed delivery / adult-signature refusal
If delivery fails because no adult 21+ is available to sign, the carrier returns the package. [Specify any return-shipping or restocking handling.]
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing time depends on your bank, typically [5–10 business days].
